Pete's Scratch Pancakes
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 3⁄4 cups milk
- Sift the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Beat the eggs separately
- Melt the butter, then add to eggs, beat again.
- Combine the eggs and melted butter to the milk and beat.
- Slowly stir wet mixture into the dry mixture.
- Heat pan to medium high.
- Add 1/2 cup pancake mix to the pan. Let pancake cook for 2m 15s or until bubbles begin to form on top.
- Flip and let pancake cook for 1m 45s
- Repeat, serve, enjoy!
