Pete's Scratch Pancakes

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 3⁄4 cups milk
  1. Sift the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Beat the eggs separately
  3. Melt the butter, then add to eggs, beat again.
  4. Combine the eggs and melted butter to the milk and beat.
  5. Slowly stir wet mixture into the dry mixture.
  6. Heat pan to medium high.
  7. Add 1/2 cup pancake mix to the pan. Let pancake cook for 2m 15s or until bubbles begin to form on top.
  8. Flip and let pancake cook for 1m 45s
  9. Repeat, serve, enjoy!
