Oatmeal
Serving size 3
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 apples, diced
- 9 oz strawberries, diced
- 2 2/3 cups of Almond milk
- 2 2/3 cups Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 3 bananas, sliced

- 1.2 lb strawberries, diced
- 5 cups of Almond milk
- 5 cups Oatmeal
- 1 cup frozen pineapples
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Serving size 7
- 5 bananas, sliced
- 3 apples, diced
- 1.8 lb strawberries, diced
- 7 cups of Almond milk
- 7 cups Oatmeal
- 1.5 cups frozen pineapples
- 3 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Add Almond milk and into a pot. Set stove on low.
- Stir occasionally. When the milk begins to steam, add frozen blueberries and frozen pineapples.
- Stir occasionally. When the milk begins to steam again, add oatmeal.
- Once the oatmeal is cooked, add the bananas. Stir then let sit for 3 minute.
- Turn off the stove and add the strawberries. Stir and let sit for 7 minutes.
- Add apples, serve immediately.
